At MESTIZA, we embrace the concept of kamayan, deriving its name from the Tagalog word meaning "hands". It's a celebration of communal dining where food isn't merely served on plates but presented on a lush bed of banana leaves. Kamayan Feasts will be available starting MID MAY.
